Tehran police arrest 100 thieves, addicts

TEHRAN – Tehran Police Chief Hossein Sajedinia announced on Sunday that the police have arrested 100 thieves and addicts in a special operation conducted in a neighborhood in north Tehran. 
 
The operation was part of the new round of the “neighborhood-based security plan,” which is being implemented in 375 neighborhoods of the capital to deal firmly with criminals.
